* For the overseas  customers, please understand that we don’t accept the product refund at this time due to international shipping. There will be an extra cost subject to the destination by courier

* Backorder (Pre-order) items will be delivered in 7-28 days subject to shipment from Korea

Seoul Beauty offers the following shipping options for domestic shipping in HK & Macau.

• Cost: Free for orders HKD 400 above
• Delivery Time: 2－4 business days

You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. You may track your order via SF Express once your order has been shipped from our Warehouse.
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm HKT.
Shipping fees will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below HKD 399 after discounts are applied. Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Hong Kong public holidays). Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events. The address cannot be changed once the order is paid. Seoul Beauty is not liable for the wrong address in the invoice.
